Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a HAVA reel account, and the information you provide at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password, vault lock, and chat PINs private. Do not share your account or impersonate another person.
Your content
You keep ownership of the clips, posts, and moments you publish. By posting, you grant HAVA reel permission to store and display that content inside the app so other members can view it.
Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, spam, malware, or content you do not have the right to post. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
Moderation
Content that breaks these rules may be removed and accounts may be suspended or deleted. You can block other members at any time from a chat's settings.
Music and copyright
Background music in HAVA reel is licensed royalty-free and each track shows its licence and source. When a clip carries its own captured audio, that audio is limited to the first 15 seconds on playback. Do not upload content you have no right to publish.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
Rights holders can report infringing content from any post using "Report copyright violation" in the post's options, or by writing to copyright@havareel.in with the work, the post link, and their contact details. Valid notices are actioned promptly and repeat infringers lose their accounts. HAVA reel acts as a hosting service and relies on safe-harbour protection.
Service changes
Features may change or be withdrawn as HAVA reel develops. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
